Life With A Pool

My Mom wanted me to write about a dream life, and I dream when I get older I'll be a swimming teacher. I dream I'll teach people how to do the pencil, the breaststroke, the crawl, and how to dive. I don't even know how to dive yet, but I think I could try. It started in a place called Chipping Norton. We went there for Lily's eleventh birthday. There was a pool there, and Yan learned how to dive with my Dad. He kept on asking Lily and me to try and dive. But Lily and me were not exactly up for it, so I finally tried, but, nope, it didn't work. I couldn't jump into the water without getting it in my nose. But Yan could. So as I said I finally tried to dive, but uh uh, I kept on wiggling around underwater because i got water in my nose!!!!! BYE BYE

    Hi Hope! That sounds like an interesting dream! It just might come true if you pursue swimming and diving whenever you can! In America, you can buy nose plugs. They are made of plastic. It is like a little clothes pin for your nose. It pinches your nostrils together so you don't get water in your nose. It feels kind of weird. I guess you have to get used to nose plugs or get used to water up your nose! Thanks for sharing all that you did. I like your blogs! Love, Grandma

      Hi Grandma! Well, I don't really mean it's a dream, but I wish I could be a swimming teacher when I grow up. Sorry, in the blog I left out floating, so I want to teach people how to pencil, breaststroke, the crawl, how to dive, and how to float! That's quite a lot of things! Isn't it a lot of things? They must feel weird! Oh and Grandma, I think you spelled practice a tiny but wrong. Well, if you were trying to spell practice! Because you wrote it like this-> pursue <- But I wrote it like this-> practice <- See the diffrences? LOVE YOU! HOPE

    I love you Hope! I also hope that you can practice swimming a lot and also pursue it. Pursue means "to continue to follow on a path." I hope you can pursue swimming which means, I hope you can follow your dream! Does that makes sense? I hope so! Love, Grandma

      I LOVE YOU TOO!!!!! Yes, now I understand what you mean. Well, I probably will be able to practice swimming a lot more, because my Dad is making a swimming pool!!!!!! LOVE YOU MORE THEN YOU LOVE ME!
