AMAZING!

This is amazing! We're moving house tomorrow! Do you know where we're moving? Well, we are going closer too the ocean, so we won't sleep on the roof😠. But we will have big rooms! 😁 The last time you moved house, what were the things that you were sad about? And what were the things that you were happy about?

My list.

The things I will miss: The river. Our house. Lelia (one of Felicity and my friends here). Our nearly born chicks that we will probably never meet. The fig tree. The neem tree. The lusania tree. The moringa tree. Our pomegranate tree. Our climbing frame.

The things I am happy about moving: Big house. Closer to move friends that speak American and English (I don't really thing there's a difference between American and English πŸ˜‚). A new bike because my one is too small (whenever I used Yan's bike, he said that it was his, not mine, and that he had one that was good enough, not me. But then Daddy said that I could get a new bike when we move!)(I want a blue one). Closer to the ocean!

  1. YEAH!!! I am sooo excited for you and your family Hope! I hope that you do get a new bike! That would be so much fun. Thanks for this interesting post. It helps me to see what you are sad about leaving and what you are excited about the new move. It has been so long since I moved that I don't know what to say! We have lived in this house since Mommy was 6 years old! It sounds like you will be leaving behind lots of trees. BUT you will be near the ocean. Love you Hope. Good bye to where you are and hello to your new home!! God bless you! Love, Grandma

    1. Sorry I haven't been making new blogs and checking the comments lately! I'll do a blog today. Yes! Daddy says I will get a new one as big as Yan's one because my one is too small, and Felicity will get my one. Your welcome! Yes, it also helps me to share what I'm happy and sad about. Hahahahahahahaha! That's okay! Yes, you told me that before (you told me when we were messaging a week ago)! Yes, we will. Although we will be getting a lot of plants already grown! We will get two big palm trees, a very, very tall monkey tree that we will use for a Christmas tree, and we will have ten big bushes. We will also have lots of flowers and some big flower pots by the pool (the flowers are pink and yellow)! Yes, we will be quite close to the ocean! In fact, two days ago, we got in our swim-suits and went to the house that we will be moving into, and we went there so that we could continue setting it up. Then after that, we went straight to the beach! Love you too. Yes! Guess what! It's only 30 days till we come and visit! God bless you too! From Hope

  2. Hope, I feel all those things you feel! Moves are both happy and sad sometimes. When we moved from Macau to the U.S. a few months ago, some of the things I knew I would miss are: Chinese food! Beautiful weather. Living in a city where we can walk everywhere or take the bus. Beautiful beaches and water. A really tall tower you can see from most places in the city! Hearing Chinese spoken everyday. Seeing old ladies do their group exercise classes in the park every morning. Seeing old men play chess and smoke together in the parks. Watching people feed the ducks every night. Some things I was happy about moving: living with more family. Getting to see snow and having fires in the fireplace. Being in beautiful woods. Having more quiet and seeing more birds and trees. Living in a house with a piano!

By the way.... you bring up a controversial point! Do you know what controversial means? It means something that people are likely to disagree over. When you mention English, here's what I think of: English is a language, spoken by lots of people in many countries around the world. You're probably most familiar with British English from the U.K., and American English from the U.S. Both are the same language (English), but the accents are different, some words are different, and the spelling is sometimes different depending on where in the world you are! But others may disagree with this idea and that's okay... what do you think?

    1. You do?! Yes, it is sometimes half-half. WOW! Those are all wonderful things! Did you actually move house? If you did, what's your new house look like? No, I don't know what that means. Ok. I don't really know!
