Just then, what felt like a year for the group, the police arrived.
"Finally!" said Katie.
"I thought they weren't actually coming!" said John, "It felt so long!"
"I'll get the door," said Henry.
So Henry opened the door.
"Come in!" said Henry, "Mary and Katie can tell you what hap-"
"Actually, it would be better if you wrote it down," interrupted the police, "We have to go for another call, it's really busy today."
So Mary wrote it down and then she handed it to Katie, and she drew a description of the man for them.
"Thank you." said the police.
Then they left.
"Well," said James, "That was a bit surprising."
"Yep." said Emma.
"Maybe next time the police come I should open the door." joked Mary.
"Very funny." said Henry.
"What should we do now?" asked Charlotte, "Now that the police are following the picture I mean."
"Maybe we could put posters up." said Katie, "But that won't do any good."
"Wait!" said Charlotte,"That could actually work!"
"Katie, you draw a picture of the man on your computer."
"But, how will that work?" asked Katie, "That'll only make one."
"No it won't." said Charlotte, "When you print it, you can make loads!"
Good idea to draw a picture and then print out lots of copies! I hope it works!
