Prairie Adventure Chapter Five

As Henry and Mary were going to see John and Katie in their truck, they noticed a mountain lion cub by itself.🐈 Mary went to get a medium sized cage for the baby mountain lion. As Mary was starting to put the baby into the cage, it squealed. "Why is it doing that?" asked Mary. "Probably just signaling his Mom," said Henry, "Wait, Mom?!"  yelled Mary!  "Mary, Look out!" shouted Henry. Then the mountain lion mother jumped out of a bush. Mary screamed. The Mountain lion mother nearly landed on Mary, but, luckily, she moved out of the way just in time. She ran behind Henry, and Henry grabbed Mary's arm, and said to her, "Back off to the truck Mary!" They started backing off  to the truck, and they had just enough time for Mary and Henry to get in when the cougar got to them.
