Indonesia Adventure Chapter Two

After the bus driver had dropped them (Henry, John, Mary and Katie) off, he drove away (it was night). John and Katie started walking towards their cabin, and Henry and Mary started towards their cabin. In the morning, John had gone for a walk, when he saw a Sumatran tiger cub that had lost it's mother. John had been carrying a cage in case he found anything, and surprisingly he had! He slowly walked towards the baby tiger, and then put a little bit of fish into the cage. The baby hadn't had food for a while, so it was walked into the cage. John quickly closed the door, picked up the cage, and ran to Henry and Mary's cabin. When he got there, he saw Henry coming out. John ran up to him. He showed him the baby tiger, and then he showed the girls. After the excitement went down, everyone went into Henry and Mary's cabin to unpack their backpacks. Mary opened her backpack first. When she did, she gasped. "What's wrong Mary?" asked John. "Look!" said Mary. She took out a small black box that she hadn't packed, and opened it. Inside was a sapphire ring. Henry and John stared at it, and Katie covered her mouth. "Look at it!" said Katie. Soon, everyone else opened their backpacks. They saw a garnet (A rare kind of Indonesian gem) ring! And in John's backpack he found some pieces of chrysocolla (another rare kind of Indonesian gem) in it! In Henry's backpack, he found a small diamond!

(garnet costs $7,000)
(sapphire is $11,000)
(chrysocolla cost $100 a piece, and John got several pieces)
